Request a Program

Our Each Aggie Matters Team is available to facilitate programs for residence falls, student organizations and clubs, Greek life and other student groups at UC Davis. Requests are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis and at times requests may not be fulfilled depending on staff work load. 

Please be sure to request a program at least three weeks in advance. 

We offer the following peer programs. 

  • Time to Unwind (60 minutes): Learn about the signs and symptoms of stress, helpful coping strategies and stress management resources. 
  • Cultivating Gratitude (60 minutes): Understand how gratitude impacts your well-being and learn ways to cultivate gratitude as a college student. This workshop offers time for self-reflection, tips for infusing gratitude into your student org and strategies to practice gratitude throughout the quarter.
  • Self-Care Isn’t Selfish (60 minutes): Join us for a fun, interactive and introductory workshop on self-care. We will review the six domains of self-care, discuss self-care myths and facts and offer self-care tips for the busy college student.
  • Each Aggie Matters Kahoot (60 minutes): In this peer-led interactive program, you will learn about mental health resources on campus and fun mental well-being tips to add to your self-care routine.
